BLS On-Line Training for Healthcare Provider RENEWALS.
- Healthcare Provider RENEWALS are defined as individuals who are in possession of a CURRENT Healthcare Provider card.
- A CURRENT card means your Healthcare Provider card has NOT expired
- This is not an on-line course for Heartsaver CPR for Lay Rescuers.
- Please bring your CPR card with you to Skills testing so that we can make a copy and attach it to your certificate.
- On-line training through the American Heart Association is $17.50. No other on-line training certificates will be accepted.
- Skills check-off is $65.00.
- If your card has expired, you must take the traditional course!
The on-line training takes you through the didactic information and the required course components (Part 1). Upon successful completion of the on-line training, you will print out a certificate and bring it with you for skills check-off.

The following are the required skills that you must successfully complete without prompting.
- One and two rescuer CPR for Adult, Child Infant
- Barrier Devices: Pocket Mask and Bag-valve mask
- Use of AED for Adult, Child
Skills Check off should take between 30 - 45 minutes. To Access BLS On-line Training, go to onlineaha.org or http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=3019553 and click on the BLS On-Line training button. You will want to "Purchase" the product.
