REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of registration, please CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FIRST BEFORE you call us - Some Internet servers will put an unknown address into your junk file.  The subject line will read "CPR Confirmation".

The following form is a secure site

  1. Fill in the name, address and phone number fields and email address
  2. Put the date of the course you wish to take
  3. Put in the KIND of course you wish to take (refer to COSTS PAGE)
  4. Put in your Credit card number/It's used only for your registration - the course cost is NOT deducted at this time
  5. Put in the credit card expiration date
  6. Press the "Send" button.

You will get a return Confirmation letter and map to our location within 24 hours.  If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately either by email or by phone.  Be sure to leave a message.  Email address:  Lwsnteccpr@aol.com

 
 
LAWSON TEC POLICY FOR CANCELLATION

Because we take a limited number of people in a class, the following policy has been put into place to insure that people show up.

If necessary, please cancel your spot at least 24 hours prior to the class.  We understand that occasionally, extenuating circumstances prevent us from attending a class. However, as long as you cancel BEFORE the class starts, you won't be charged. 
We allow one cancellation per student without penalty, as long as the class is canceled before the class starts.  A second cancellation will result in a penalty fee of $25.00.

*  As long as you cancel before the class starts, you will not be charged for the course.

*  If you are late to the class, as long as you call before the class starts, you will not be charged.  However, you will need to reschedule because we don't allow late comers to attend the class once the class has started.

*  If you are late because you've gotten lost, please call before the class starts so that we don't charge you.  You can reschedule the class without penalty.

*  If you do not show up, do not cancel, arrive after the class has started, you will be charged for the class. 

*  If you reschedule within two months of your missed class, your cost will be $35.00.
